While there was an issue with the first phone that they sent (the batter wouldn't charge beyond 26%) they shipped me another phone without any hassle, and reimbursed me for the cost of sending the original phone back. It's only 1 data point, but this seems to be a good seller.

Hi, what can be done about the phone I ordered? I order a 128gb 8gb ram phone but instead got a 64gb 6 gb phone. Let me in on the compromise.

The phone is how I ordered it to be. the seller was fast in shipping it and I have no complaints.

Phone is exactly as described in mint condition. Shipping took a bit but outside of our control.
