Sold me a "mint" Samsung S9. The phone constantly cuts in and out during calls. Took two months to diagnose the problem (not the mobile network or my SIM card or anything else). Seller will not return or replace. Be careful when buying from this seller -- you *can* get a broken phone.

Had to do an exchange as the first phone was defective. Seller was very communicative, apologetic, and resolved the issue quickly and satisfactorily.
