Phone arrived as expected. Customer service is quick to respond to questions. One thing to be aware of is that they do not seem to strictly adhere to Swappa's 2 business day shipping policy, but it still went out in a timely manner. Only hold-up was due to Covid/holiday shipping

Screen is broken along the side. It was packaged great but the side of it was popped liked it was stepped on or crushed. I don't believe the seller is at fault. But how do I get this phone repaired?
