My phone came in mint condition and worked really well. I am satisfied with my purchase. It shipped with in a couple days. I will definitely recommend buying form this seller. He was nice and was fast with communication.

Everything is in good condition except for one key thing: I cannot hear any caller speak unless I put them on speaker. So I am unable to keep others from hearing the other side of my conversations. Big drawback. I took it through a series of troubleshoot steps found online, then took it to a Verizon store. They couldn't fix it for me.

The phone works just fine. The shipping took so long because I had to redirect it after entering the wrong address in.

Phone came in with a SIM lock code and unable to use phone, seller did not provide details to unlock phone, therefore I rate this sale as a big thumbs down.
