Item took longer to arrive than expected, although this was not the seller's fault. However, the phone was rerouted halfway through delivery and I needed to contact the USPS myself to ensure delivery. I reached out to the seller and asked for help. They agreed to contact the USPS but never contacted me back so I don't know if they followed through. Phone was in mint condition, as described.
