The seller was great but the USPS shipping was lousy! Not the fault of the seller but what should have taken 5 days to get took 17 days and the phone was at the Springfield MA distribution center for 10 of those days. I finally got the phone and it works perfect and is in great condition. I love Swappa but wish that sellers would offer other shipping options for the purchase. I would have gladly paid for UPS or FedEx shipping if it were offered.

Item was as described and arrived quickly.

Seller and Swappa were great, but do not ship USPS. Pay more and use a reliable carrier.

My Galaxy Note 8 was in perfect condition and works great too.

i needed a phone immediately after my old phone's mother board was corrupted. I have family hospitalized. Told the seller and he sent it out early. I received it quickly. Amazing since it's Christmastime. So grateful. Phone is in fantastic shape.
