Ordered two phones, phones are in described condition however I do not appreciate that the two phones were shipped without any packaging between them. They stuck the two phones on top of each other, wrapped them in bubble wrap and put it in a box. The packaging was not well done and could have resulted in damage to the phones.

Although the product I received was not working properly, I had a great customer service experience and was given a full refund after sending back the phone.

The item works perfectly. Would buy from this seller again.
