The phone came and looked great, but didn't charge. This seller gave a full refund, plus covered the return shipping cost, And the process was easy and instructions were clear. I was impressed, so I bought a replacement phone from them.

The phone came in quickly and in great condition. One rare issue with the mobile network but it was resolved immediately with the sellers help. They will resolve any issues for the phone if you ask for it. The problem with the phone was not at their fault and out of their control and still were a lot of help. 100% recommend this seller!
