Item was marked as Mint but had multiple scratches that were visible once the screen protector was removed (they were not visible with the screen protector on as they were very shallow and adhesive filled them in). Seller was responsive and offered to refund a portion of cost.

Phone was different version. Seller was great about returning, and promptly refunded the purchase price. Great service, would buy from them again.
