Unfortunately the used phone had a blocked IMEI and had to be returned, but seller was prompt and courteous about the return, and (will) refund me the cost of shipping. Would buy again if needed, but maybe could use some testing to see if the phone is still "legal".

Oh well I messed up - did not realize it was t-mobile only (vs unlocked). Just waste hours setting up and have to redo it again.

The phone came and looked great, but didn't charge. This seller gave a full refund, plus covered the return shipping cost, And the process was easy and instructions were clear. I was impressed, so I bought a replacement phone from them.
