Got a locked OnePlus 7 Pro after it was listed and clarified GSM Unlocked, came to me Sim Locked, I was unable to return based on location and custom charges to do so, I offered a suggestion to unlock the device but they refused to try, they offered a $10 refund for such a big mistake like what is $10 supposed to do? It costs $90 to unlock it from other websites and the mobile stores here and you're offering $10 for your mistake? Lol no. They had consistent communication tho have to hand that to them. But since they don't check each device before shipping more mistakes will happen. Now I'm stuck with a dummy phone that cant work while I'm overseas.

Has a bit more image retention than I'd hope for a good condition phone, but otherwise in great shape. Shipped quickly and packaged well.

Got exactly what I expected, a good phone. Works perfectly.

Item was in mostly mint condition but top speaker grill was covered in dust or some other substance. I could not clean it all out but the sound seems to work fine.
