Great product, works good

First phone came in with a dirty IME number. Seller was good enough to give a refund plus cover the return shipping. The second phone that came was not Verizon, as advertised. They tell me that the phone will morph to whichever carrier SIM card you put in. Problem is, I have Ting and Ting does not force a carrier. I *needed* a Verizon phone, the second one was listed as a *Verizon* phone and it was not a Verizon phone. Very disappointing transactions.
