Product was shipped out quickly. Device was as described. Packaging could have been better. Phone was double wrapped in flat rate envelopes but was not in a hard box.

I just want to say overall the response and professionalism of the team was great. In the end I had to return the phone because it wasn't unlocked for the provider I wanted to go with. But they were very responsive and gave me a prompt refund and even covered the return shipping. So had I been able find the phone I wanted with them I would have definitely got it from this great team.
