Hello! The Condition of the phone is great, but it's telling me that it's a charging problem "it can't show what level the charge" is holding, and keeps hard factory data resetting the phone.... What resolution can we come to?

Got an HD1907 rather than a HD1905 as listed, but fortunately they both have the same specs aside for the 1907 not having a CDMA radio (obsolete anyway). Came with a screen protector already attached so that's a plus. Otherwise condition is Mint as described. Thanks!
