The phone itself works and looks as advertised. However, the sim card tray is partially broken. The two slots (one for the SIM, the other for the memory card) are separated by a piece of plastic that is broken: it is missing a piece. I was still able to put the sim in there and slide it into the phone, but I am concerned that the dangling piece of plastic will break off and become stuck inside the phone. So I'll have to buy a replacement sim card tray.
