An LG V60 was delivered on time, but not the one expected from the listing. I contacted Swappa support and the seller the same day, with photos as proof. The seller kindly agreed to reimburse for the full purchase price and USPS shipping. After I sent the phone back, the seller reversed the charges as promised within 3 days after they received it. The seller was professional, and I just chalked this up as an honest mistake.

The phone arrived in mint condition and was securely packaged. A great transaction. I would definitely use this seller again.
