The phone is locked to the previous Verizon account holder. I called Verizon and they said the previous account holder would need to call them before they could unlock it for me to use. This phone cannot be used by anyone. Seller gave me a refund.

Phone arrived quickly and was in better condition than I anticipated. I was skeptical of shopping on Swappa entirely, but the overall experience was great.
