I'd have preferred a box, but wrapped in many layers of padded envelopes isn't terrible. It arrived safe and ready for use. It even had a screen protector on it, though it had a speck of dirt under the protector (and I don't think the protector was designed for this particular phone - doesn't QUITE fit right). Still, it'll protect the phone until I get my new protector from Amazon.

Phone looks good, fully functional, and arrived quickly.

The first phone sent out didn't work right (it was locked) but the seller immediately took action, allowing me to send the old one back and sending out a replacement device. The second one worked flawlessly. Thanks for making it right and working with me.

I initially ran into an issue with the first phone sent where it did not charge properly. The replacement phone was sent out and my shipping was refunded from when I sent back the first device. The replacement device did not come with a charger like the original listing offered and came with in the first shipment. I am not too worried about the missing charger cable. Replacement device appears to be in working condition and I went through the check list to test functionality.
