I ordered the wrong phone - a one plus 6 instead of a 6t. When I realized my mistake, I contacted the seller and asked to exchange the one plus 6 for a one plus 6t. I was willing to pay the cost difference. The seller was unwilling to complete the exchange but rather indicated that I could resell the phone on my own. This is the seller's choice; however, given this lack of flexibility I will not be using this seller again.

The phone looks and works great. Thank you for sending the phone asap.
