I returned a S21u because of a defect I noticed. I'm a very detailed person when it comes to my phone's and I wasn't comfortable with keeping it.
I was prepared to waste a lot of time and frustration going through the return process. I figured these guys already have over 1k 5 stars reviews, they can probably be jerks to me and it won't affect their rating much.
To my surprise the seller didn't hassle me at all and kept in good communication. I got a full refund including the cost of return shipping.
I'm impressed. When I buy anything used I it's generally a roll of the dice, either it goes well, or turns into a nightmare. These guys did good, and I'm comfortable buying from them.
