The phone refuses to activate with a SIM card. I would like to see some resolution to my purchase.

Recd in good condition. Phone was packaged well. The phone condition was sold as "good", but is actually in very nice condition, and all functions work just fine.

Device functionality is fine its just locked to Sprint carrier and unable to activate elsewhere

The iPhone was not the new SE which is what I had expected. It is the old SE and I would like to return it if possible.
