Cell phone was shipped within the time limits, arrived quickly, was exactly as expected based on the description. Everything worked as advertised. Very glad that I found Swappa and this seller to handle my need for a quick inexpensive Pixel when mine broke 6 weeks before the 6a release!
Phone sold as unlocked, arrived locked to an unknown carrier. Seller issued prompt refund and reimbursed return shipping, but I'd have preferred they accurately describe the listing in the first place to save the hassle of repackaging, shipping, and buying another.
