The phone wasn't perfect and I think the device being labeled as "mint" condition was a little off, but I believe that was an honest mistake and the price was fine for a phone in that actual condition. The seller offered a refund immediately based on the complaint, which was outstanding customer service. I would absolutely buy from this seller again and you can trust that you'll get the phone you ordered and, if not, the option of returning it for a full refund. Seller was also patient with me as I bought the phone for my mother who is technologically challenged and so it took me forever to get over to help her go through the checklist. Great seller.
