Got the phone and the camera didn't work properly, and the seller was quick to give a refund for the problem. Ended up buying another device from him and it's working great.

Device arrived as described, Device is a HW Rev. 1.0 made in 2015 however, which probably just means it's a ticking time bomb waiting to bootloop. Will edit this review if the mainboard had actually been replaced.
