I especially appreciated that he accommodated my request to ship to Canada despite this not being his normal practice (mind you Canadian users reading this that you will incur some duties - federal and provincial tax, as well as brokerage fees). Fast shipping! Phone functions perfectly, screen is unscratched and burn-in is almost completely unnoticeable. Phone had slightly more cosmetic damage than appeared in photos, but none of it impacts the function of the phone & will easily disappear with a case.
