Easy transaction, fast shipping and phone was in great condition

I received the item promptly, thanks! Took some time to get it set up due to my schedule. Only issue is the battery does not charge when phone is off and plugged in- in fact, it drains. Do you think a new battery is needed? If so, I can probably take advantage of Apple’s replacement battery offer.
