After the package was located, the seller was very understanding and gracious. I had placed the box with some other gifts to be wrapped, and only noticed it later that it was my fault all along.

The items were packed extremely well, and were in great condition. I could not be more pleased with the overall transaction. They left a handwritten note, as well as a contact number in case there were any issues. 10/10 would recommend purchasing from them again.
