Everything worked just as it should, the phone arrived on time, worked perfectly.

After a week and two days the phone began to have visual problems on the screen. Solution is expected from the seller.

Item received and good condition

The initial phone sent to me did not pass their alleged inspection standards, had a broken finger print scanner and the phone wouldn't function properly. Shipping back almost always got lost and took nearly 2 weeks. 2nd phone had a broken mute switch, so had to send back and wait another 2 weeks for them to resolve it.

Got the phone no problem. Only information that wasn't disclosed was the battery health of the phone was at 80%.

Had to send me a different phone , since the one I ordered was not available , it was a different color with have me a small discount.

Seller did not include that the battery is aftermarket as well. So there’s no way of me checking the battery health. As someone who only has one device to use for work, I don’t have the convenience to send off the device to have it exchanged for another product that I may also be misinformed about. Wanted only a partial refund to get the battery replaced through another party but refused. Will not be buying from this seller again and hope that anyone who cares to read the comments at least knows that bit of information since the seller obviously doesn’t want to share that.
