In addition, I found the refund process to be very slow. I had to wait an extended period of time to receive my refund, which caused me a great deal of inconvenience. I was disappointed to learn that your company was unable to change my delivery address. This caused further delays and difficulties for me in receiving my order.

Description mentions aftermarket display, but does not mention the aftermarket battery which is installed in this phone. Condition is as promised overall.
