iPhone I ordered had bad taptic engine/no vibration functionality. Returned unit and then had to wait almost 2 weeks for refund, after getting Swappa staff involved.
It was not stated phone was a dual sim phone and not a US version. Phone was not the ESim version. Instead, its a Dual sim. Everything as stated in description.

The phone volume does not work when using the phone to call. The speaker phone is very faint and the call recipient kept saying they couldn’t hear me.
