Received a phone with a broken speaker, and a chip on the screen, seller said they would fix it, and return even though I said several times I didn't want that phone back. They sent it back "fixed". They did fix the speaker but the chip was still there despite them literally telling me they replaced the screen. I sent it back, and it took almost an entire week to get my refund after they received the phone back. (They said it would take 48 hours) I purchased the phone on April 8th, and just received my refund confirmation on May 4th. I'll not be using Swappa anymore just because of this experience. I don't think this seller really looks over the phones they're selling based off of the reviews. It seems that you're rolling the dice and some people get lucky with good working phones. The only good thing I can say about the seller is that their response time to comments is good.
