the phone keeps restarting when I'm not using it and for some reason won't connect to AT&T even though it's an AT&T phone. It's not my network because I've already called and checked, and AT&T still works on my old phone. I don't understand why it's not working, and I've tried a ton of different things to fix it. I didn't have these problems with my other phone
