The phone is in good condition but was supposed to be unlocked. It is listed with Verizon. Luckily, we aren’t getting service on it anytime soon. However it is frustrating that it isn’t unlocked because when it comes time to add service, we will have to purchase another phone.

Shipping Policies
All orders are shipped within one business day via USPS Ground Advantage which takes 3-5 days. Upgraded shipping is available via FedEx Standard Overnight for $30.
Serial/IMEI numbers for all orders are recorded prior to shipping.
Orders will only be shipped to verified addresses provided by Swappa/PayPal. No address changes allowed once an order has been placed. If we have to cancel an order due to an incorrect address, a 5% fee will be deducted from the refund.
Return & Refund Policies
We offer a 14-day warranty on all devices sold. If you have any issues within 14 days of receiving your device, let us know and we will take the device back for a full refund.
