Received the phone in a timely manor and in the state specified. Very happy with this purchase.
The shipping was very fast. But there was a problem with the product as it is not described on the product description. The communication with the seller is very smooth and I asked to return the product. The seller quickly respond to my problem and refund back my money. Good responsible seller.
Phone Hero - Excellent product packaging for shipping - best job I’ve ever seen when purchasing on Swappa. Minor suggestion for improvement - It would have been nice if the screen was cleaned prior to shipping. Overall good sale and thanks again for posting the pictures I requested.
