Okay, I don't think I have ever been so pleased with a phone before. The phone is in mint condition, as promised. It works flawlessly so far. I ordered this Saturday the 28th at 1 am. I received it today, Monday 30th this morning around 10 am. It's working wonderfully, looks amazing. I couldn't be happier. I am so grateful I chose to purchase this phone from you. Shipping Policies

We ship out all purchases within 1 business day. Business days are M-F, excluding holidays.

We primarily ship UPS Ground, but may fallback to USPS Priority Mail in certain situations.

Express shipping is shipped via UPS 2-Day or USPS Priority Mail Express

Suites and apartments numbers will likely be subject to Signature Delivery.

We are not responsible for undeliverable addresses or carrier delays.

Return & Refund Policies

A 30-day return policy is offered on all purchases. The warranty period extends until 30 days from the date the shipment was delivered. Due to recent Paypal changes, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all buyers remorse returns. If the device is found to be defective, restocking fee will be waived.

Warranty is void if either the software or hardware are not in the same condition as described in listing. Including but not limited to: cracked front or back glass, software modifications.

Refunds will be processed the same day the device is returned and verified to be in acceptable condition. To ensure the device is eligible for return, please ensure any iCloud/Google/Samsung account has been removed.
