Warranty
- All orders will have 60 days warranty with 30 days money back guarantee starting delivery date
- If item received damaged, customer must notify within 3 days of delivery otherwise customer will be responsible for damage and warranty will be voided
- Items must be returned in same condition
Return/Exchange
- Free shipping labels will be provided
- 5% restocking fee for buyer's remorse (change of heart)
- Refunds will be issued within 3 business day after item's arrival at warehouse
- Exchanges will be provided for manufacturer defects. If exchange not available, refund will be issued
- Serial Number/IMEI of the device must match with the one provided in the packing slip
