About

Macalegin Electronics has been in the used cell phone industry since 2004. We started as an eBay business and transitioned to a wholesale company in 2007. In 2022 we decided to re-open our ecommerce wing. Over the past 15 years, we have been providing quality used and refurbished devices to other online retailers, as well as independent cell phone shops. Very few companies have our longevity in the cell phone industry. We stand behind our product and would be grateful to earn your business.

Shipping Policies

Orders will only be sent to the shipping address provided during the checkout process. We only ship to the verified PayPal address. Please make sure your address is PayPal is your current verified address. For any necessary address changes, the order will have to be cancelled and replaced. This triggers our automatic 5% cancellation fee, due to a recent Paypal change.

All orders placed before 2 PM (MST) will be shipped the same day. Any orders placed after that time will be shipped the next business day.

Shipping dates are Monday-Friday. Any orders placed after 2PM (MST) on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

All orders are shipped via UPS ground, unless express shipping is requested.

Shipping times will be posted in the product listing.

Return & Refund Policies

Our warranty period is 30 days from the receipt of goods. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us in order for us to help you resolve the issue. Any confirmed issues will be eligible for a free return or exchange. Items returned due to buyers remorse or with an inaccurate claim will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any cancelled orders will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee due to a recent Paypal change.

The IMEI/serial number will be provided through Swappa messages before shipping. Returns will not be accepted if the IMEI does not match. Any claims for non-receipt of item will result in the IMEI being reported as lost/stolen and blacklisted with the carrier.
