The company was quick and helpful. Unfortunately, the phone had a few issues. They quickly replied and I was able to send the phone back. While they did offer a replacement, I did not want to wait since I use my phone for everything (no TV or internet where I live) so I ordered another phone from a different vendor. I do believe this vendor thought they were sending a working phone in the condition promised. Another unfortunate matter is now I must set up this new phone which takes around five hours. I would recommend this vendor based on their customer service.
