Terrible service, they do not check their phones, I purchased 2 phones spent $122 plus , they were not the phones we ordered, I had to makes numerous trips to Verizon and AT&T plus several hours with tech support. I asked for some credit to help pay for my effort and the fact these weren't the phones I purchased, LVLup gave me a cheesy $30.....dont do business with this scam artist.

This phone is locked. So it's basically useless to me. I'd like a full refund as you have lied to me about the condition of this phone.
