I have received the phone and everything seems to work properly, with one exception. The microphone does not work while calling unless I am on speakerphone. I have tried to toggle the app permissions and checked for debris in the hole, but nothing has fixed this issue. Does Lvl Up have any suggestions? Trying to avoid taking it to repair on the first day of using it..

Thank you, it took some time to fix a separate technical problem to completely transfer the old data. The phone arrived in great condition and we are enjoying it.

Finally received

First time buyer. Was anxious, but this purchase has settled all nerves. If I buy another from Swappa, I will be checking this seller first. Phone was shipped and arrived faster than I expected.
