Before buying I felt like the other negative reviews were being exaggerated... I was wrong. My phone was advertised as "Good" but it came in with scratches all over the screen and knicks on the edges, sure buying a "Good" condition phone I expected SOME scratches not scratches EVERYWHERE. The review by Sean S. is very insightful you should read that one as well. Don't buy from this seller.

Return & Refund Policies


60 DAY RETURN POLICY FOR DEVICE ISSUES:
Customers may return their device within 60 days of receiving it if any issues arise, excluding accidental damage. To be eligible for a return, the device must be in the same condition as received, with no signs of misuse or physical damage caused by the customer.

RESTOCKING FEE FOR CANCELLED ORDERS:
A 7.5% restocking fee will apply to any cancelled orders, including those returned for reasons other than a device issue.

RETURN PROCESS:
• Customers must contact Swappa support within the 60-day window to initiate a return.
• Once the return is approved, customers will receive instructions on how to ship the device back.
• Refunds will be processed once the device is received and inspected. Any applicable restocking fees will be deducted from the refund.
