All products are shipped 1-3 business days from verification of payment, a tracking number is provided with every order and must be signed for.

All items are eligible for return IF the unit doesn't meet expectations or criteria listed. Since all of our units are either LIKE BRAND NEW and refurbished in an authorized facility, and or professionally graded and tested with state of the art diagnostic software, we do not expect this to be an issue. If any functional detail has escaped the software test, we will refund/replace the unit including shipping upon verifying the issue.
