We offer 40 Day Warranty for Defective items

Our warranty does not cover any damage caused by the user

We offer an exchange if your item is received in a condition other than described or expected WITHIN 30 DAYS of the purchase date. Returns for a refund are also valid within 30 days.

Prepaid return labels are provided for defective item orders.

A 4% fee will be applied on canceled orders because PayPal does not refund the fee.

A 10% restocking fee will be charged on non-defective items / Buyer’s remorse for us to cover free shipping, fees and labor.

Once your return tracking number shows delivered back to us, please allow 2 business days for us to test and verify the device and then your full refund will be issued.

Your phone must be factory data reset when returned in order to receive your refund. If your screen lock passcode or account information are still on the device when we receive it, we will reach out with instructions to remove that information remotely and your refund will be delayed until the steps are complete and verified.

The exact IMEI of the device that was shipped to you must be the same as the one returned to us or your return will be canceled and the device will be shipped back to you with no refund issued. We track the specific IMEI that goes out on every order.

for any reason you find your device to be defective, please email us first before taking any action yourself. Any unauthorized repairs done after the device is in your possession will void any warranty. Water or other customer damage to a device, after it came into your possession, will also void any warranty.
