Stated brand new/sealed but phone was not sealed/brand new. Seller was apologetic and refunded $30 to compensate.
i have opened package and have phone in hand--have not yet turned it on/tested and such. I won't get to that in a min---but i forsee no problems. on improbable chance there is issue, i will contact seller privately, etc. ty kindly seller, swappa, & community
