I wonder if I can speak with the seller for this product. I got it bc my old phone was slow, would shut down, had weird battery stuff going on, but if anything this new one I got is worse. The battery randomly ends whenever I try and use whatsapp it just shuts down or freezes. Its not a memory issue- I even deleted all my old messages and lost them all to see if that was it and its not, so its must be something wrong with the phone. I thought at the very least it would be a bit better than what I had, but its not. please advise. Perhaps you can help me with this. Thanks!
