Received my package on Tuesday 02/20/2019 after ordering the previous Friday. The phone came in perfect physical condition and great condition overall as far as I can tell right now. I did not have a problem getting service from the carrier associated. The seller also responded quickly when I inquired about where to find the ESN. Very glad so far.

Phone was in good shape as described. Although there was a small micro crack near the middle of the screen that you couldn't see in the photos (or a scratch deep enough to catch your nail on). Great communication though and fast responses. Overall I'd buy from them again

Thanks so much for sending this so quickly! This was to replace a phone for my teenage daughter who's phone stopped working, and a teenage girl without contact to her friends is drama. Two days later she's happy and already setting up her new phone. Awesome service!
