Seller posted photos that were different than the actual phone. The information for the listing was also inaccurate in it's description & later seller comments. I clearly stated in the comments that I did not want the phone if it had any major scratches or dents, but he still sent the phone, which had both major scratches & dents. This seller needs to post phones with dents under "Fair" condition, instead of "Good," (as according to the Swappa guidelines), "Good" is supposed to mean that there are "no dents." There was a lot of miscommunication.

Just received the phone today, everything checked out ok. It was exactly how it was described. The phone arrived much later than we expected, but I'm sure mother nature had a big part in that since it was shipped out of Chicago.
