This was my first purchase on Swappa and things didn't go as smoothly as I hoped. I ordered a Verizon Galaxy S9 plus but received the wrong phone. The seller had me send the phone back and I waited a couple extra days for him to get some new phones in so he could send me the one I wanted. I finally got the second phone and it was a T Mobile phone but was unlocked so it ended up working out. I would have been much happier if I had received phone I ordered in the first place.
