The phone looks better than the pictures show and could be easily labeled as good condition. The phone arrived late but seller's apology and USPS attribution made me give a full rating. Thanks

There was some shipping issues with my purchase but, it could have been a UPS issue. Swappa showed the phone as shipped on 3 August but, UPS said they didn't pick it up until 7 August so, it took a little over a week from the original purchase date for me to receive my phone. That being said, the phone is in better than expected condition so overall I am happy with the purchase. If it were not for the shipping issue this would've definitely been a 5 star rating!
