The product came fast and as expected but within a month of use the bottom side of the screen popped up which resulted in the vibration sound being extremely loud and the screen would sometimes change color. I went to apple to see if they could fix it. They said whoever refurbished the screen did it wrong and the only way to fix it was to pay 175$ which isn't worth it for an already used phone. Disappointing for the fact that it wasn't caused by me and I just got the phone. Now I can't use any vibrations and i have to be super careful with the screen.

everything good except charger is bad and barely moves the battery and I need a lightning adapter to use headphones

The unlocked phone works well with my cricket sim and the phone is just exactly what was on the picture. Thanks.

The charger that came with it didn’t work :(

Briefly, the seller cancelled the sale because of a silly reason. I expressed my disappointment and they did not even bother to address my concerns, much less apologize. I told them I would reorder the phone if they would ship it on a next day delivery service and I offered to pay the extra for the expedited shipping, but they couldn't even be bothered to do that to make things right.
